Access to Never In Doubt Pro requires a paid subscription at £24.99 per month. Billing is handled securely by Fanbasis. By subscribing, you authorise Fanbasis to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your Fanbasis account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our predictions or data without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Misrepresent our predictions as guaranteed outcomes.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to AI models, predictions, analytics, design, and text, is the intellectual property of Never In Doubt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the Service is permitted under these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any predictions or data. Never In Doubt is not a bookmaker and does not facilitate gambling transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Never In Doubt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
